At Komban Parfums, each fragrance is handcrafted and made to order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except as expressly stated in this policy.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, fragrance details, and order information before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If we determine that the product was damaged during transit or that an error occurred on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders generally cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
If a customer requests to cancel an order before it has been shipped and before production has been completed, Komban Parfums may, at its sole discretion, approve the cancellation. Approved cancellations will be subject to a $35 cancellation and restocking fee to cover administrative, processing, material procurement, and production preparation costs.
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method. The $35 cancellation and restocking fee is non-refundable.
Once an order has shipped, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted.
Shipping Issues
Komban Parfums is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
